Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The Light System
The Light System is a technology developed over 20 years ago that generates multiple bioactive, life-
enhancing energy fields within a room—supporting the body’s natural ability for cell and tissue
regeneration, as well as DNA repair. The lines and codes running on the monitors create bio-photonic
fusion as they are precisely aligned across from each other. The Fibonacci sequences scrolling on
the screen and the photons released thereby can help mobilize the stem cells and regenerate the
DNA & cells.

interviews and information on www.youtube.com.
Sit and relax, or just sleep after you make yourself comfortable in the reclining chair. We suggest you
close your eyes and focus on a positive intention instead of on problems or dis-ease to receive
greater benefit. The lights are low and frequency music is playing to create an ambient relaxing
environment. The number of individuals may vary per session, but there are 12 chairs available in the
TLS room.
Bring purified water. Dress comfortably. You can bring a pillow, blanket, earplugs, and sleeping mask.

Sessions can be 30 minutes or several hours, results vary per individual need. Many members find it
beneficial to start with a 1 or 2 hour sessions per week and work up from there on future bookings.
Some members prefer 3 or 4-hour sessions as the effects of the energy are cumulative and will
compound with more time spent in the system. Always listen to your body, and don’t force anything.
Before coming, hydrate with good quality water. You may bring water with a cap/lid to your session.
Hydration is key with all modalities.
After your session, preferably within 12-24 hours (the sooner the better), A 30-minute detox bath is
recommended with 2 cups of sea salt, 2 cups of baking soda and 1 cup of Borax. Alternatively, with
this same recipe you may do a 30 minute foot bath with one third the quantity instead of bath.
During the session, some members sense the energy field, some do not, yet everyone will benefit just
from being in the room.
After the session, many members report an increased feeling of well being and clarity, while others
may feel more tired and need additional rest.
Drink plenty of water. Eat healthy foods such as fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Do the
recommended bath.
